Once you attend a masterclass or buy one of our online courses, you will be part of the community.

Our personalized mentoring sessions are tailored to meet the specific learning objectives of each student, from examining challenging cases to discussing advanced techniques.

Sessions are scheduled within each student's account. They can last from 30 minutes to one hour. At the scheduled time the student logs into their account and will have a video call with Dr. Myriam Sada. Only students will be able to have these private and personalized sessions.

Myriam Sada Academy online courses are not eligible for refunds. The purchase of an online course is final. Prior to making a purchase, it is essential to comprehend the technical prerequisites and confirm suitable online accessibility.

Regarding our in-person courses, students seeking cancellation must initiate the process at least 30 days before the scheduled training program date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a refund, with a deduction of a 5 percent administrative fee. However, cancellations made less than 30 days before the training program will not qualify for a refund.

 Yes, you just have to fill in the billing information at checkout. If you request us to send you the invoice, you will receive it vía email within 5-7 working days from the date of your course purchase.
